  🌙   ─ She can be very affectionate with the people she knows, if they allow it. She is naturally wary of people, of course, but when she’s comfortable enough with someone, she often leans on them (or lets them lean on her), reassured by touch. Holding hands, letting somebody lay in her lap - these aren’t purely romantic things for her, and something she’s always held onto as close to her heart when it comes to friends. She’s quick to give reassurance where it’s needed. People have fallen asleep when she’s run her fingers through their hair to calm them after a stressful day. That being said, it often makes things hard for her, when it comes to romantic relationships - people misread her, and she misreads other people, as it’s difficult for her to tell when somebody is harboring feelings for her unless they come right out and say it - and on the opposite end, people often misread simple affections as romantic interest. (She’s an old and touch starved animal, don’t blame our poor girl.) That being said, she won’t touch somebody outside of professional herbalist work unless they’ve given her permission.
